The El Segundo Mural by Chuck Caplinger, dedicated on August 21, 1997, was sponsored by the El Segundo Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club.  The mural was titled “Aviation History,” and was the sixth in their historical mural series. It depicts airplanes from WW II to the present stealth aircraft, and it was largely funded by the Northrop Grumman Corporation.
