|

Artist Chuck Caplinger’s realism and love of nature combine to make him a master at portraying the wildlife and landscapes of the desert Southwest in his paintings and murals. In 1997, the Texas-born artist and his actress wife, Holgie Forrester, left their Hollywood art studio and relocated to Twentynine Palms, California, on the edge of the Mojave Desert. Chuck Caplinger’s paintings are regularly exhibited in galleries and public buildings in Twentynine Palms and Yucca Valley, CA, and in Morongo Basin Cultural Arts Council exhibitions and annual Open Studio Art Tours.
